Other Information: Web Developer Handover and Responsibility Clause
The development and technical implementation of the website were carried out by Dr. Sándor Kovács / kódKovács company.
The website’s data protection and privacy settings have been configured taking into account the requirements specified by the Client and the applicable legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Developer’s responsibility is limited exclusively to the technical implementation of the website and its state at the time of handover.
The Developer shall not be responsible for:
- the accuracy of the information provided by the Client;
- the actual implementation and operation of the specified data processing practices;
- content subsequently added to the website;
- modifications made during the operation and maintenance of the website;
- changes made by third parties.
Following handover, responsibility for ensuring and maintaining the website’s compliance with applicable data protection requirements, in particular the requirements of the GDPR, rests with the website operator.
The Developer shall not be responsible for the operation, data processing practices, or compliance of third-party services. Furthermore, the lawfulness of the use of such services shall be the responsibility of the website operator.
Any modification made to the website, in particular the installation of plugins, modification of code, or integration of external scripts, may affect compliance with applicable data protection requirements. The Developer shall not be responsible for the consequences of modifications made after handover without consulting the Developer or without the Developer’s involvement in implementing such modifications.
